Due West Elementary School has a variety of After School Clubs that your student can participate in for a minimal cost per semester. Please follow the links below for more information about each club.
Strike Tennis Club
Strike Tennis Coaches have a FUN and EXCITING way of teaching tennis so every student is engaged & successful! We have a Low student : pro ratio – 5:8 kids TO COACH so kids get to hit a lot of balls! Coaches teach forehands, backhands, volleys, footwork, the serve, scoring and play fun games like tennis hockey, tennis baseball, team doubles, King of the court, Team challenges & lots more! We love teaching kids! Most important to us is that our students have lots of FUN & learn to love the sport of Tennis! Tennis is Lifetime Sport!
Rise Up
RISE UP! offers a fun, welcoming, high-energy, captivating environment in local schools where elementary students and their families can learn about God’s unconditional love and can strengthen their character by applying Biblical principles to their lives. RISE UP! openly promotes who God is and shares God’s stories, principles and truth from the Bible. We welcome students of all faith backgrounds and respect each student’s right to make their own faith decisions.
Rugby
We are excited to have rugby at Due West this year! It will begin on Wednesday, August 21st and will run through December, 11th. There will be no rugby during Fall Break, Conference week and Thanksgiving break. There will be two sessions one for K-2 (2:30-3:15) and then 3-5 (3:15-4:00). Cost will be $150. There will be a cap of 30 students per session.
Drama Kids International
The Drama Kids Program is specifically designed to build self-confidence, as well as strong speaking and acting skills through the fun and creativity of drama. No nerve wracking auditions! Drama Kids is fro EVERYONE!
